Apartment Management Consultants, LLC would like to announce the opening of a Regional Property Manager position in Las Vegas, NV, for a 2,000 unit portfolio.
Responsible for performance of operations of sub-region areas with a purpose of creating net operating income reporting lines from the sub-region to the regional office and in turn to the management company. Develop and set project goals to maximize revenue and control expenses. With the assistance of the community staff, prepare annual budgets. Analyze monthly statements and variances for each property and report those variances to the owner. Maximize revenue by control of expenses and/or improved income.
Manages 2-10 Community Managers who supervise a total of 1-10 employees on-site. Responsible for the overall profitability and financial direction, coordination, and evaluation of the communities under his/her supervision. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Company's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
*Previous Property Management experience is required.
