AMC continues to closely monitor the potential and increasing impact of COVID-19 (Coronavirus). We have been in constant communication with our resident communities to support our employees and the residents they serve. Please take a moment to review the below interim changes and check back for further updates.
Cleaning schedules have been reviewed and increased at all properties.
Residents are encouraged to request maintenance online or over the phone to avoid in person contact. All maintenance requests will be verified that no one in the unit is sick prior to entering. Notices regarding interim maintenance request protocol, up to date CDC information, online payment information, and AMC reporting procedures have been distributed to all residents and employees.
Bryant was hired as a Southern California Maintenance Technician in 2011. He was promoted and is currently the Maintenance Supervisor of a 406 unit community.
Crystal was hired as an Illinois Leasing Consultant in 2016. She has been promoted since and is currently the Manager of a 396 unit community.
Alyssa was hired as an Arizona Leasing Consultant in 2017. She was promoted and is currently the Assistant Manager of a 268 unit community.
Jaren was hired as an Utah Leasing Consultant in 2001. He is currently a Senior Vice President of Operations.
Holden was hired as a Utah Leasing Consultant in 2011. He has been promoted several times since, with his most recent promotion to Regional Manager in 2021.
Melissa was hired on as a Northern California Leasing Consultant in 2006. She has been promoted since and is currently the Manager of a 248 unit community.
