Administrative Assistant - Orlando, FL

We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant!

Administrative Assistants provide administrative support for both the property and corporate staff.

Responsibilities include:

• Create spreadsheets, letters, templates, presentations, and forms
• Write meeting minutes, memos, and other correspondence
• Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and prepare agendas and materials
• Answer phones and greet visitors to AMC
• Conduct research, compile data and prepare presentations and reports
• Coordinate and produce status reports, project reports, and other information for special projects

Requirements:

• At least six months of experience in office management/admin type role
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite software
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to build rapport and work well in a team setting
• Ability to manage multiple projects and respond quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Track record of being detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to remain professional and courteous

Additional Information: Hello!  We are currently seeking an individual to process vendor payables for 22 sites located in Florida and Georgia along with other admin duties assigned. This is a temporary position that will last for anywhere between 6 months to 1 year with the possibility of other opportunities at the end of this assignment.
