We are currently seeking an Assistant Operations Manager!

The Assistant Operations Manager is well-versed in internal operations and back-office processes and procedures. The Assistant Operations Manager will effectively communicate with the back office and operations teams to create cohesive operating processes and practices.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist the Chief Operations Manager with any and all operational tasks and general administrative duties
• Respond to daily inquiries and find solutions for operational challenges.
• Manage tracking for PayLease refunds, chargebacks, and miscellaneous support requests
• Perform meticulous and accurate data entry tasks
• Prepare reports, summaries, and updates as needed to support the operations team
• Provide basic support and troubleshooting for software platforms used by AMC properties, including property management software and other tools.
• Assist in roll-out of new programs and/or initiatives
• Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation related to operations

Requirements:

• Customer service experience
• 6 months experience in the property management industry
• Excellent communication skills that create cohesive communication between operations and back office.
• Be able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks at once
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to take initiative and carry out assigned jobs to completion
• The ability to remain professional and courteous in a fast-paced working environment

Compensation: $50,000 - $65,000 depending on experience
