Compliance Director - Sacramento, CA

We are currently seeking a Compliance Director!    

The Compliance Director is a corporate role that oversees the compliance team and program. They are responsible for ensuring compliance with Low Income Housing (HUD) / tax credit rules and regulations.

Compensation: $143,000 - 145,000 per year 

• Knowledge of processing Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC or Section 42) and Project Based Section 8 certification paperwork
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to communicate effectively with others – employees, properties, supervisors, etc.
