Key Holder - Mountain View, CA

We are currently seeking a Key Holder!

Performs service duties and responds to requests while living on-site on an as-needed basis as specifically defined in the On-Site Employee Agreement. Serves as liaison between AMC and resident community.

Responsibilities include:

• Residing on-site at the designated property and serving as a liaison between residents and AMC at that property.
• Responsible for assisting residents and AMC on an as-needed basis.
• Responsible for performing other Keyholder tasks as assigned and as needed.
• May process resident paperwork as required; may be assigned other administrative responsibilities including preparing and/or submitting reports.
• Handle all lock-outs as requested.
• Be available to work on an on-call basis.
• Positive and responsive resident interaction and customer service.
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents.
• Responsible for assisting in ensuring that AMC safety policies are complied with at all times.

Compensation: Part-Time $16.75 - $18.75 per hour
